Chef Tal’s fascination with food began as a young child watching Julia Childs on television and cooking in the kitchen with her mom. Later, she was fortunate to travel to other countries with her family, where she was introduced to different spices, textures, and flavors from around the world. Her travels deepened Tal’s passion for food and cooking. Now as a Personal Chef, she continues to incorporate those spices and cooking techniques that she has learned over the years to create classic dishes with a bit of a twist. Chef Tal continues to learn and expand her flavor profiles to bring healthy big flavor to her clients.
